Proplr was born from a frustration we knew all too well—students graduate with top grades but little clarity, confidence, or real-world experience to navigate their careers. We were once those students, searching for mentorship, industry exposure, and career guidance but finding nothing truly hands-on.​

Despite attending great universities, we both felt the gap between education and the working world. How do you get experience if every job requires experience?
Our biggest realization? It wasn’t just us—thousands of students were facing the same problem.
To create a future where every student graduates with clarity, confidence, and a competitive edge—armed with real-world experience, industry connections, and a strong support system of parents, teachers, and mentors.​​
One conversation over lunch turned into an idea:
